Long, long ago… in a desert far away, two friends survived the brutal and sometimes brilliant journey of running a food & beverage department in a Las Vegas casino. It was insanity, hilarity, genius and gut-wrenching (sometimes all in one day). Fast forward to today, and Ari Sobel and Liz Colosimo are back East and back at it, ready to offer something phenomenal to localities in Western New York.

Herb’n Gardens is the dream, the passion, the goal. And this blog follows us as we start our own business, through successes and steps back, trials and tribulations, all with the ultimate culmination of getting our first greenhouse up and running and producing the most delicious, wholesome, pesticide-free produce possible.
